Prior to WeDoTransformations, Lauren built an extensive career in corporate operations, talent acquisition, and leadership development at Amazon. As a Sourcing Recruiter, Lauren was instrumental in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, developing strategic hiring initiatives, and supporting diversity and inclusion efforts. Previously, as an Area Manager overseeing four Whole Foods fulfillment centers, Lauren led a team of over 1,300 associates, optimizing operational performance, enhancing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement. Lauren also held roles as a Corporate Recruiter and Account Manager, where they leveraged strong relationship management and data-driven decision-making to drive business growth.
